Product returns

An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? Did you accidentally order the wrong item and now want to return it? No problem. Please note the following points to register your return online.

1. Open the digital returns portal:

We can't always guarantee a direct exchange, but we do our best. Simply click here and register your return online. You can choose between an exchange and a refund. Follow the further instructions in the returns portal.

2. Pack the pieces:

Pack the items carefully. Use either our packaging or another suitable container for the return. Ensure that your items are in their original condition (excluding defective goods).

3. Affix the return label:

You can either print our labels or use the QR code. Simply show the QR code at your local post office, and they will print the return label for you. Alternatively, you can download the return label, print it yourself, and affix it to your package.

4. Send the package:

Take your parcel to a parcel shop near you. Get a receipt and keep it until you receive confirmation of receipt from us.

5. Done!
Your return is now on its way to us. As soon as we receive your package, we will exchange your items or issue a refund. Please note that this can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return, and we need to check your eligibility for the exchange option beforehand.

6. Refund:

As mentioned previously, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will always be issued using the original payment method.


You don't want to return online and need a printable return label? Then click here , please fill out the return label completely and include it with your order. This way, even without registering your return online, we can easily process it and handle it as quickly as possible .

Important - Exception

Our seamless underwear is an exception to our exchange and return policy. For hygienic reasons, it is excluded from returns and exchanges.

Our recommendation: We advise returning your item as an insured parcel, not as a letter. Please always ensure that your return shipment has sufficient postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent with insufficient postage. These will be automatically returned to you at your expense.

- As a standard DHL parcel , your return is insured up to a value of €500.00. Should it be lost in transit to us, you will receive a refund of the value of the goods from DHL.

- As a parcel , you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. This way you can see exactly if and when your return has arrived with us.

Important! Returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition.

Note regarding return shipping costs

Please note that return shipping costs in Germany will be €3.90 from December 1st, 2024, and we will deduct this from your refund.
