Terms and conditions of participation:

1. ORGANIZER

The organizer of this giveaway is OACE Exclusive GmbH, Köhlstraße 10b, 50827 Cologne, Germany. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Facebook and Instagram, along with our newsletter, are simply platforms on which OACE Exclusive GmbH is marketing this giveaway. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook or Instagram, but OACE Exclusive GmbH. All questions, comments, and/or complaints regarding this giveaway should be directed exclusively to OACE Exclusive GmbH.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Only persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of OACE Exclusive GmbH or its affiliated companies are excluded from participation.

3. ENTRY DEADLINE

Information regarding the participation deadline can be found in the competition details on the respective platform or further down in the section of the individual competition.

4. PARTICIPATION

Participation in the competition is via participation on the respective social media channel. The participation requirements, duration, prizes, and information on how to win are detailed in the competition description (see below).

OACE Exclusive GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure or if the competition cannot be conducted or continued for other (organizational, technical, or legal) reasons. Participants are not entitled to any claims in such a case. By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

Purchasing products from OACE Exclusive GmbH or the external partners mentioned under point 6 of these terms and conditions of participation does not increase the chance of winning.

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The winners will be drawn at random and notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok within the timeframe specified in the competition rules. The winners must respond to the direct message within 3 days. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, their prize will be redrawn among all participants.

6. WINNINGS

The prize is awarded for the respective competition. All information can be found in the competition details on the platform itself or further down in the section for the individual competition. Cash payment is not possible.

7. SHIPPING THE PRIZE

To claim the prize, the winner agrees to provide their name and address to OACE Exclusive GmbH within the aforementioned 3-day period. Shipping will be handled by us or our partners. Delays may occur due to holidays. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of their information.

8. DATA PROTECTION

To deliver the prizes, the winners' personal data (email address, name, and address) will be shared with third parties. Delivery of the respective prizes cannot be guaranteed with a specific delivery date. This may vary depending on the competition partner.

9. LEGAL REMEDIES

Legal recourse is excluded.

10. LIABILITY

OACE Exclusive GmbH is not liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition organizer or its agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This does not affect any claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

11. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should one or more of the foregoing clauses be or become wholly or partially invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. A corresponding valid clause shall replace the invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable clause. The same applies in the event of a gap in the regulations.
